2. Job Description
- Directly supervise the construction and installation process of electrical systems, power systems, lighting systems, substations, and M&E items at the construction site, ensuring that construction is carried out according to technical design drawings, quality standards, and occupational safety.
- Coordinate closely with the Project Management Board, the Supervision Consultant, and the Subcontractors to promptly address any technical issues arising during construction.
- Inspect and verify the construction volume of the work performed by the teams/subcontractors; prepare quality documentation, as-built drawings, and project settlement documents.
- Monitor the actual construction progress and provide daily and weekly reports to the Project Manager.
3. Job Requirements
- Graduated from university with a major in Electrical Systems, Electrical Equipment, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical and electrical construction supervision position in industrial factory, industrial park, or high-rise building projects.
- Excellent ability to read and understand technical design drawings and proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Office).
- Hardworking, diligent, able to withstand work pressure, and capable of traveling for project-related work.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a professional certificate in electrical and mechanical construction supervision or a workplace safety certificate.
4. Benefits
- Competitive salary: Salary ranges from 15,000,000 to 22,000,000 VND per month (based on performance and experience).
- Pay all social insurance contributions (social security, health insurance, unemployment insurance) in accordance with the Labor Law after the probationary period.
- Bonuses include a 13th-month salary, performance bonuses for project completion on schedule, and bonuses for holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).
- Full allowances for food, transportation, and on-site housing will be provided for personnel working on projects outside the province.
